Who we are

mewmilk Creamery Co. operates this website. We press small-batch oat and plant milks at The Creamery, 1841 SE Bybee Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97202. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@mewmilk.com.

Information we collect

Newsletter. If you subscribe to The Slow Pour, our monthly note, we collect your email address only. Nothing else is required.

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the subject you choose, and your message. If you select Wholesale as the subject, we may follow up to collect your business name and delivery address.

Wholesale accounts. For cafe and grocer accounts we collect contact name, business name, delivery address, and phone number to manage your account and arrange deliveries.

No analytics. This site runs no analytics and no tracking of any kind. We do not measure page views, referrers, or location, and we set no cookies.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Send The Slow Pour newsletter to subscribers
• Respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form
• Set up and manage wholesale accounts and deliveries

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking of any kind. There is nothing to opt out of and no cookie banner to dismiss.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may share data with service providers who help us operate the newsletter and this website, for example an email platform. Each provider processes data only as we instruct and is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not permit providers to use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of mewmilk Creamery Co., our employees, or our customers.

Your rights

Data retention

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months, or until the matter they concern is resolved. Wholesale account records are kept for the duration of the account and for three years after it closes, to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Security

We use standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, and loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you have a concern about a specific interaction, contact us at hello@mewmilk.com.

Children

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have done so in error, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of the page. We will notify newsletter subscribers of any material changes by email before they take effect.
