We work with independent cafes and grocers across the West Coast. Each new account comes with weekly delivery, a bar training sheet, and shelf and menu cards.

How long does mewmilk keep once opened?
Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days. Unopened shelf life is printed on the base of the carton. Barista Oat and Everyday Oat carry a 12-month ambient shelf life from production date. Oat Concentrate, once diluted, is best used within 5 days refrigerated.

Where do you deliver for wholesale orders?
We deliver weekly to cafes and retailers across Oregon, Washington, and California. The minimum per order is one full case per SKU, though first-time accounts can mix cases to sample the range. Email cafes@mewmilk.com to set up a delivery route.

Which products contain tree nuts?
Barista Almond, Hazelnut Oat, and Barista Pistachio all contain tree nuts. All mewmilk products are made in our Portland creamery, which also processes tree-nut ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment. Barista Oat, Everyday Oat, and Oat Concentrate contain no added nuts. All products are plant-based and dairy-free.

What happens if a case arrives damaged or short?
Email hello@mewmilk.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace the affected cartons or apply a credit to your next order. No return shipping is required.

Can I visit the tasting room without booking ahead?
Yes. The tasting room at 1841 SE Bybee Blvd is open Friday to Sunday from 9 to 3, walk-in welcome. We pour all current milks, and there is usually a small batch of plain fresh oat milk on the counter to try.

mewmilk Creamery Co. collects the information you provide when you contact us or subscribe to our monthly note, The Slow Pour. We use your name and email address to respond to your message and to send the newsletter.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any issue or by emailing hello@mewmilk.com. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.

Terms of sale
Wholesale pricing is confirmed in writing before your first order. Prices may change with 30 days written notice. Wholesale orders are placed by our weekly cutoff (Tuesday noon Pacific) for Thursday delivery. Damaged or short deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
All retail prices are in US dollars. We do not accept returns on opened cartons. For any pricing or order question, email hello@mewmilk.com.
